Talking about myself is not really in my comfort zone. I would much rather be writing and finding out what all of you like to read and do...but since you asked :)
since I can remember, I have always loved to get lost in a good story. I believe George R.R. Martin put it best, "A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies, the man who never reads lives only once."
I grew up reading mysteries but really got enthralled with terry brooks's shannara series. Of course my favorite genre is thrillers. for some reason, I especially love thrillers with a religious twist. If you add in traveling the globe, then you really have my interest piqued.
Which is why I most likely enjoy traveling. I will be posting some of my travels on my blog.
I taught at a university for almost a decade until I moved to administration. I retired from the university and from an airline to write full-time. I received my mba from Brigham young university.
after decades of reading, I had trouble finding more novels in the genre that I liked, so at the behest of my brother I started writing novels that I really wanted to read. I practiced and learned (well, still learning) the craft for ten years until I felt that I was ready. My passion now is to write and tell stories, which is why this website exists today.
So that’s about it. You will find me spending time with family when I am not writing or traveling. I love the creative process of writing and creating stories that i hope will keep everyone (not just me and my weird sense of humor) entertained, inspired, crying, and laughing.
